We have got a new computer and now want to install Adobe Creative Suite 6 on the new machine. The program will not start because Adobe says we have more installations than we are allowed to have!!! This is not correct, what do we do?

Hi

My daughter and I have Adobe Creative Suite 6

Which Isabell Østergaard bought back in 2012.

We have had several computers over time where

We have had Adobe Creative Suite 6 installed on,

But every time we have got a new computer,

Adobe Creative Suite 6 has been uninstalled.

Now we have got a new laptop “Lenovo”

And when we want to install Adobe Creative Suite 6

on this machine, programs cannot start,

because the system says that Adobe Creative Suite 6 is installed

on more than one computer. This is not true, since we have

uninstalled Adobe Creative Suite 6 on all computers

over time.

SE.NR is 1543-1008-6311-8804-xxxx-xxxx

Hope you can help with this problem

Best regards

If you can’t deactivate it from the old PC, you may be out of luck, Adobe no longer reset activation counts for perpetual licences

This software being around 14 years old may not be compatible with newer operation systems.
