Thanks for reaching out. Information shared above by @creative explorer is absolutely correct. Hopefully, you’ve already found a resolution, but if not, please try these steps and let us know how it goes:
  1. Open Photoshop Web.
  2. Instead of importing into a template, create a new document (File > New).
  3. Set the canvas to match your photo size (4300x4300px).
  4. Place your high-resolution photo and export.
Let us know if this helps. And if you’ve already fixed the issue, it would be great if you could share the steps you took — it may help others facing the same problem.

@Tomáš349377856fwq It's because the document's resolution being set to the lower template size, not the original high-resolution photo. When you import your high-resolution (4300x4300px) photo into a document that's already defined as a smaller template (1084x610px), Photoshop resizes the high-resolution image to fit within those smaller dimensions. The canvas size, which is what the final export will be based on, is fixed at 1084x610px. Even though your original image is high-resolution, the workspace you are using has already downscaled it. When you export, you are exporting the contents of that small canvas, not the full-resolution image.

OPS ... Can you also advise me on how to create it correctly so that there is no change in quality. I'm an amateur and I haven't found any instructions for it. Ideally step by step in this online solution. I will be very grateful. Thank you - thank you Tomáš
