web photoshop not allowing new photo upload for edit

The online verison of photoshop is not allowing me to upload a new photo to edit. I've edited two others without issue, and now the web version seems to have stopped working altogether? help.

@distinctlondon I just tried now...it's fine for me. I would suggest maybe deleting your history, cache and cookies of your browser.

Cookies store information about your interactions with a website. Problems with cookies can interfere with login sessions, settings, and the functionality of web apps! And also do a restart of your computer...when was the last time did you do that?
