What does EPF not found mean?

This has been coming up since I started using Adobe 2020 apps. It comes up when starting PS (and Illustrator and Indesign), I click ok and everything is fine (except Indesign - the ok doesn't work there and I have to force quit). I was just wondering what it means? And if there is any way to remedy?

I wonder why this hadn't come up when I searched for EPF in the general forum. Anyway...this was helpful and solved the issues. Thank you!
