What is it best AI image upscaler ensures your image quality?

Actually, I always use topaz before, and now my pc can not run this software. Plus, it's a little pricey

I have tried several softwares to meet my requirements to upscale image to 8k or 16k without quality loss, and I recommend aiarty image enhancer to be my topaz alternative, there is no difference between them, aiarty works well as topaz.
