What is this box around my file? I can never seem to deselect it.

Hey all,

I’ve been creating posts like this for a while and I’ve never seen this box that seems to never go away.

FYI: I have hidden all my layers and still the box is there.

Two things to turn off:

The first is View > Show > Layer Edges.

Then look in the options bar with the Move tool selected. On the right there is a gear icon. Open it and deselect all three options.

Can you show us a screen shot of the entire workspace.

It needs to be full resolution, showing the Layers panel.
