What library file (.dll) contains the icon file types for Adobe apps? (ie. .psd, .ai, .idd)

The icon are embedded into the .exe file.

That’s the normal behavior in Windows. The files get the same icon as the associated application.

To change this you’ve to change the appropriate registry keys.
