What Photoshop product do I need?

I am deep into 3D imagery and now want to move over to digital stereography and am looking for a product(s) that allows me to define the distance in a 2D image from its photographer to nearby, middle and distant objects so that a 3D image or depth-map can be created. My biggest problem is that I am a retired pensioner and need to keep the costs way down. Have you any recommendations for me please?

I'm not sure about the functionality you are looking for, but I have been using Adobe Express as an indespensible digital stereography tool for creating stereograms using only my phone. I shoot a video, moving my phone left to right, grab adjacent still frames, and reassemble them in Express in left-right image frame, which allows me to scale, rotate, and align the images separately. I have a set of Lite Owl 3D viewers for spot check. Once the images align to my satisfaction, I export the stereograph as PNG. This also works with video shot from a side window perpendicular to a vehicle in motion. For your money, this product is probably something from which you might get a lot of use.
