when I go to generate credit, i get a message saying that i have used up all my complementry credits, but i still show i have 243 credits left?

When I went to use my complementary credits I get a message, that I have used all my monthly credits. I have not for this month, I do not consume all my complementary credits each month. I have provided two screen shots displaying my subscription credits along with a screen shot showing the the error message.  Please advise
