When im using Remove tool, Photoshop freezes for a minute or two

I use Photoshop 2025, Windows 11 up to date, 64 gigs of RAM and Nvidia 3060 (12GB Ram)

When it happens , i get this message : "Could not complete your request because there is not enough memory (RAM)"
