All color space settings are set to sRGB.

As mentioned by D Fosse you have to check Embed Color Profile in the Export dialog.

The image should then display the same as Photoshop in color managed applications.

In applications that are not color managed, it will always display over saturated on a wide gamut monitor, no matter what settings you use.

You say you have "system/monitor"set to sRGB as well. You cannot do that, especially not if the display is wide gamut, or even just a bit wider than sRGB. For color management to work, the profile needs to be an accurate description of the display's *actual* response. This is what calibrators are for.

I recommend setting the Status Bar to »Document Profile« to provide more meaningful screenshots.

Because as it is you have not given the information what the image’s original Colour Space is.

Edit: I apologize, I had overlooked the last line.

    Check "embed color profile".

This is how it looks when you have a wide gamut display, and you're viewing the file without full color management. It will look like this in applications that aren't fully color managed.
