When selecting Render video in Photoshop the media encoder isn't selectable.

Hi everybody,

I made a video timeline, made my video. But when I click export > render video. I do not get the option to select the media encoder. The option from photoshop itself is avalable. But I do not need that. I work with CC 2018. All I need is a H.264 option.

I work on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013)
