c.pfaffenbichler, no worries! Thanks for the tag.

Hey, @Nippegubbe. Thanks for the post. I've checked your account and found a couple of cases, one of which was a duplicate or an empty, system-generated case.
ADB-46979576-Z6V0 - is the active case that is being worked on.

    Thanks!

Hi, I got a call from Adobe which was a bit snooty as I thought that my case had been closed according to the first letter I received. It has been a bit difficult to keep up with the English language letters that I have received what is happening or has happened. I spent the afternoon with the agent who had to try out my computer to locate the error. But we did not manage to solve problems today and I will have to wait for the next update to see if the error is then remedied.

I've been in contact with an agent several times about the same problem so for me it has been nothing but one and the same problem plus I've only seen one letter about my problem as open. The first letter I saw at all was about my closed error. But now I know that after today's contact with support that I have an open case for about another day.

I agree with @c.pfaffenbichler, but I tried Google and found this page which may help you.

I am sorry to read that but I am afraid most of the regulars here are just Photoshop users without insight into Adobe interna.

@Sameer K , please forgive the importunity but can you provide insight for the original poster?
