Where can I get the Camera Raw 6.6 download?

I have Photoshop version CS5.1. I want to download Camera Raw 6.6 but can't find where to get the download.

You might as well get the newest camera raw plugin for cs5.1 which is camera raw 6.7.1

Camera raw updates are cumulative, so the same cameras are covered in 6.7 as 6.6 plus a a few added and some bug fixes.
