Question

Where can I see my current downloaded Photoshop version [Mac Ventura — Will Not Boot]

I updated my Photoshop  yesterday. When I landed at creativecloud.adobe.com there was a list of my current apps, it said which were current, and which had updates available. It listed Photoshop & Lightroom Classic. TOday when I login, it doesn't say I have any of my downloaded apps lisetd.  I'm in the apps tab on creativecloud.adobe.com, am I looking in the wrong place?

I can't do the "About Photoshop" to find my lates version as my computer is a Apple. Something went haywire, my computer was never able to turn on after updating the macOS to 13.4, as I was prompted to for optimal performance w/ the latest Photoshop!

Anyway, how do I find the list of my downoaded apps?

Instead of going to {creativecloud.adobe.com} you should be able to open the Creative Cloud Desktop App for the same information. Hovering over installed apps will show the installed version.

You should never (under normal circumstances) Sign-Out of the Creative Cloud Desktop App, and so never need to Sign-In and activate the Apps. Just always stay Signed-in to keep apps activated.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .

That's not good.  In fact it is so not good, I felt the need to make (addapt) a special emoji for your plight. 😞

I think we need a proper Mac expert for you at this stage, because you might have to restore your Mac, and I wouldn't know where to start.  We know it is running Ventura.  What is the hardware?  i.e. Mac Book Pro etc. ?

I am not a Mac user but I know there have been issues with Ventura.  I thought most of them had been fixed with recent updates though.  Check that page to see if anything fits what you are seeing.
