Are you running Photoshop under Rosetta?

Go to

Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2024

right click on the

Adobe Photoshop 2024.app

then click

Get Info

and see if

Open using Rosetta

is checked

Yes, "open using Rosetta" was checked. I ended up resetting photoshop and that did the trick. Thanks!

Hi, I am having the same issue. I had to use the Rosetta option because we are beginning to use a DAM system at work. The option to uncheck Rosetta is not showing in get info. Any advice?

If that does not resolve the issue Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point for trouble-shooting:

In Keyboard shortcuts and Menus dialogue go to Menus tab. Expand the Filter menu and make sure that Liquify is enabled by checking for an open eye icon on the right side, as depicted in the screenshot below.

Thanks for posting this...however Liquify ONLY shows when I have Rosetta running. It's not even in the list when I have Rosetta unchecked.
