Question

While trying to use AI Assisted Editor and get the message SOMETHING WENT WRONG Try again later. We have looked everywhere for a reason. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. We are using windows 10 PC with PS 2026 edition 27.10. thanks

We have been using AI assistant withoutany issues and have 1700 credits left. This first happened when we tried to edit and image of President Abraham Lincoln. Research find that this may be prohibited and the program has not worked since that attempt.

      It was just happened to be the first image of the day that we were to edit. Research found that some political figures and others were taboo, but judging by your post, it was not because of that. Will try the closing ‘all the way’ out of Creative Cloud desktop (after finding out how to do that correctly). thanks

      ​@canyoncat77, is this happening with every image? Is there something unusual about your image of President Lincoln? I tried this just now without any problems (Windows 11 Pro; Photoshop 27.10.0 Release). Have you tried closing all the way out of Creative Cloud Desktop, then coming back in and launching Photoshop from there?
