White Box and pixel box appearing

Hi,

I am using Adobe Photoshop 2024, and whenever I am using the brush tool on my canvas white box are appearing of random sizes . There are ni bruush strokes. Also sometimes pixels boxes appear instead of white. It is making working on photoshop very difficult. Please help!
