Question

White pixels in animated GIFs with transparency

Hello, I'm trying to resize a transparent background GIF I made with After Effects using Photoshop. However, white dots are appearing on the background, just like in the photo. Normally, these areas should be completely black. Am I setting something wrong?

Hi @Ferhat5EE1

Thanks for reaching out! To help us understand the issue better, could you please share a few more details:

  • The original GIF’s properties (dimensions, colour mode, and whether it was exported with transparency).

  • The exact steps you followed in Photoshop to resize it, or a short video if that’s easier.

  • Your export/save settings when saving the resized GIF.

This will help us investigate the issue more accurately and assist you accordingly.

Regards,

Srishti

Hello!
Here's the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G3v3KFR3qgc
I tried two different save settings in Photoshop, but as you can see, they didn't work. I'd really appreciate it if you could check it out. Thank you in advance.
