Why do you insist on force-inserting AI slop into all your products?

I cannot simply open up Photoshop and run the Remove Tool. No, No, No!

That's too efficient and effective,

No, there's a better way, Adobe Devs cry out!!!!

Make him:

Open Photoshop
Click Remove Tool

Accept the AI Slop BS Terms
Click on a Second Popup Window

Then you get two choices depending on how UNLUCKY you are:

1. APP CRASHES

2. You get some BS highlighter, and I have to colour in, then tell the AI to remove it for me, please. S

I am not stupid; I am human; stop gemmickifying your products, first post, but this seriously is <<INSERT YOU FAVOURITE EUPHEMISM >> me off, and I am sure countless others.

Bonus Side rant! As you INSIST, I must use AI to use the remove tool. I did a side-by-side with ChatGPT to do the same Removal, and it made this slop you have force inserted upon us look like it was programmed by kids. Great work, devs! Might as well cancel Adobe Creative Cloud and just use ChatGPT instead!

If you just do not accept the AI terms and conditions, the tool in question will settle on the non-AI mode, and you won't be bothered again.

I have never accepted the terms, nor do I ever intend to. I just dismiss it if it comes up (which isn't very often, since I don't use any of the dedicated gen AI tools). So I know there's no AI trickery going on with my work.

Well, then the original poster should look into how they can revoke their acceptance of those terms and conditions.

Which I would expect to be possible if not exactly easy …

But I wonder how stringent their reasoning on the issue is because if I understand correctly the Remove Tool has technically always been an implementation of AI – albeit utulizing a (by today’s standards) fairly simple model.

Adobe Sensei and Firefly are two very different paradigms.  I have no problems with the former, but I want nothing to do with the latter.

As @Ged_Traynor already pointed out you seem to be mistaken.

But aside from that you might want to restrain your temper somewhat and also consider who you are actually »talking« to – Feature Requests (Idea) and Bug Reports are registered at Adobe, otherwise this is essentially a user Forum, though thankfully some Adobe employees do occasionally chime in.
