hello there folks!

I ve been using PS since version 3. (1993 I think).
And always loved how it improves over time and makes life easier for us.

But now, I don¡t get why we need 3 panels for text options, while just one is the real useful.

perhaps someone can explain it to me cause, I'm feeling lost and frustrated each time I need to change txt values to have to go to different places in the software.

The new "Contextual Taskbar" is IMO not only in the way, but also useless. I just disable it.

The Properties panel is also contextual. It changes according to the type of data on the layer, so with a text layer it's text properties. With other types of data it ranges from useful to essential..

There's usually 4 or 5 ways to do anything in Photoshop, so just pick whichever you prefer and decide which panels you really need to have up (I've seen people who fill an entire screen with all the panels, and it looks like a flight simulator 🙂 ).
