Why does pen pressure no longer work in Photoshop 2020?

When the update first came out I immediately deleted it and returned to using the old version because the pen pressure no longer works even when I tried to create the file PSUserConfig.txt..

Recently I tried updating it again because some of the tools and fonts are available in Photoshop 20 version and i tried the txt file thing again to fix the problem but it still didnt work. I tried turning on windows Ink and still nothing changed. Is there any other way to fix this? I see no reason to keep these programs or adobe cloud if these problems persist.
