why doesn't vibrance show up in photoshop

A couple of updates ago, single adjustment vibrance disappeared. All the other adjustments are there, but not vibrance. I saw another post about mode having to be RGB, but I already have it in RGB.

It's up there at the top, as 'Color and vibrance'. It is the same control, with the addition of color temperature sliders like in Camera Raw.
