Why is Brush Settings grayed out for Healing Brush?

In the latest version of Photoshop (23.5), the Brush Settings are grayed out when using the Healing Brush which is either a bug, the settings are located somewhere else - OR someone at Adobe has made a very strange decision...

I always set the Transfer/Opacity Jitter Control to Pen Pressure for the healing brush. But now it's default set to Shape Dynamics -> Pen Pressure... It makes the Healing Brush unusable...

This is sooooo strange. I have now installed v22.0 to see whether I'm just crazy, and it seems so. I have been viewing a bunch of really old Photoshop-tutorials about the Healing Brush, and it really seems like I am crazy. No possibility of having Pen pressure to control opacity on the Healing Brush...

I guess I need to see a shrink... Scary.

@Humblestorm are you sure you weren't using th Clone Stamp tool? It has more brush settings than the healing tools.

As far as i know, the only settings for the Healing Brush Tool/Spot Healing Brush Tool are in the tool options and the Brush Settings panel has always been greyed out.
