Why is Creative Cloud not signing me. i keeps on signing me in and then off constantly loop

I been trying to install my photoshop again after i had to reinstall my pc and windows and it keeps giving me a silly sign in and log out constant loop always. i tried to fix everything and enter the credential manager but i cannot get a permission for it and tried to search that too nothing works.

nothing i still cant access the desktop app. i cant get into this option or see the apps it just give me an error window sign in failed or sign in required

​@BjornOskar89X I would clear your browser's history, cache, and cookies, then sign back in at adobe.com. Once you've done that, try opening the Creative Cloud Desktop app again and signing in. Let us know if the error persists.

its not my browser i done it multiple times and it only happen after i reinstalled windows after my pc was bugging on me.

Try right clicking the Creative Cloud desktop app and choosing Run as Administrator

Or reset the CC desktop app.  Open the app and click on white space to make sure it has focus, and type Ctrl Alt R (windows), Cmd Opt R (Mac)

Choose Continue to complete the reset.

Try that and let us know if it helped.
