Why isn't photoshop anywhere on my Mac?

I am using my school MacBook Air. I am a junior in high school and I've never had this problem before. I'm trying to download Photoshop CC (It's free of course because its a school computer). I logged onto Self service and went to Photoshop and clicked "Install". A few seconds later I checked the download and it said Adobe Photoshop CC download succeeded. So I check my launchpad and It's not there. I tried this many times. I restarted my Mac and everything. Any suggestions?

You may have to ask your instructor or school tech support about this. We only deal with standard individual subscriber installs, not custom academic or enterprise arrangements.

Did you check to see if you are logged in as an Administrator-- or another possibility is that the program may have downloaded into another account on your laptop.   You can check to see if you are in your own account by pulling down the Apple menu and see what account you would be logging out of. Here's an example.

Let us know if that helps!

Have you installed the Application Manager?  That's the first step when installing any CC apps.

Its icon looks like this

When you open it, you will see Install next to Photoshop (mine is already installed of course.)

If it's been downloaded you'll find it in Applications.
