My keyboard shortcuts are not working in Photoshop at all.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Reset Photoshop preferences using Ctrl + Alt + Shift on launch

Checked that I am not inside a text layer

Despite all of this, the keyboard shortcuts still do not work only inside Photoshop.
The keyboard works perfectly in other applications.

I am having the same issue!! I need help this is driving me crazy. Shift, Alt, and command keys not working.

Hey, @Mahmoud Shamtieh. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

You can use the on-screen keyboard to verify if the shortcut keys work at all. If it works, you can try booting the machine into Windows Safe Mode (with networking) via Advanced Restart to see if that helps.

One thing we’ve seen is that when keyboards shortcuts stop working, it’s because another app has taking them over. Sometimes it’s a browser. To test, can you try this:

Quit Photoshop and reboot your computer
Relaunch Photoshop and nothing else so PS is the only app running

Do the shortcuts work now?
