Hello,

Since the purchase of my PC in 2019 I have always had problems of slowness only on Photoshop, Beginning of year 2023 I added 16g of ram believing that the lag will disappear but no change was noticed,

I work mainly on photoshop these lag problems are ruining my work sections, I tried all the optimizations that can be found on the internet.

The main problems I have:

- Lags when I select fonts

- Freeze when creating a new file

- Slow and freeze when I convert a layer to a dynamic object

- Lags when I move a text

- Slow when I duplicate a simple layer

+ But I never had a crash of the application

Note: I only make designs for social media and Web (72dpi) my files usually do not exceed 500Mb,

And I've tried all versions of photoshop since cc 2020

The configuration of the pc:

CPU: RYZEN 7 3700X

MOBO: ASUS PRIME X570-P ( with the latest version of the Bios )

RAM: 32GB 3200MHZ (4x8GB XPG D41)

GPU: RTX 2060 SUPER MSI GAMING X

SSD: KINGSTON 480G A400

HDD: SEAGATE 1TB

OS: Windows 11 latest version

I made a video demonstration where I compared my pc with a macbook Pro M1 16/512: https://youtu.be/PP3vX4UR3fg

Please can you tell me where this problem comes from? It's very frustrating to work with an application that lags like this

Both of you go to Help > System Info and paste the entire contents here (the forum may take some time to process, so post only once).
