Workspace Background Frame 26.7

There seems to be an issue with the workspace and documents in Photoshop 26.7. There is now a slider on the right of the documents/frame.  No matter what size one is zoomed in on,  the image bounces around frequently with an extended black workspace background jumping out.  I spoke with Adobe support and they looked into this on my computer and suggested I make a 'wish' report.  I am mentioning it here as the form I was directed to wasn't helpful.

Please stabilize the documents by removing the slider from the frame.

What version of macOS are you using?

Can you post a screenshot of what your seeing?

The only thing i can think of right off hand is in Photoshop go to Photoshop 2025>Settings>Tools and uncheck Overscroll

OMG! You are terrific! I have been having a difficult day with Photoshop requiring so much effort from  documents bouncing around!  Unfortunately Adobe Support (who managed my computer this morning), did not tell me this. For the record, I am using MacOS Sequoia 15.5. It was Overscroll that was checked and once unchecked everything is all okay again.

I can't imagine why anyone would want to use Overscroll now that I know what it does. Thank you ever so much Jeff!
