Workspace-Motion TImeline Position Keyframes are not moving image when adding them.

Here's the tutorial video that I'm following. He adds the keyframe at the beginning of the frame (2:23 Timestamp) but mine is not moving when I'm adding these position keyframes, following the same steps. Is there a feature that I need to turn on for it to be able to play back correctly? I attached the Photoshop file as well.
