NOt possible to make a white margin. Always appear parts of the original photo. <>

It is possible to create a white margin, but you may need to change tools or settings in order to do so. Are you using Crop tool? Canvas Size settings? Scaling a layer?

The composition of your file is also a factor. Is this a flat file (only has one layer named "Background")? Does it have multiple layers? Are any of them larger than the current canvas size?

It has multiple layers! Should I need to flatten it???

If you flatten an image, it will crop any information which is outside the canvas bounds. Then only blank material gets exposed when you expand the canvas
