Hello! 

As the title says, I am unable to open a file after my laptop blue screened while I was work. I understand that that might have corrupted my file, howerver, the first prompt says, "We recommend you save your latest version as a copy and restore the doc to the last version saved in the cloud." When I click Save a copy and restore, it then tells me, "You can still open this doc..." I am at my wits end haha. I've scoured the internet trying to figure out how to fix this, if it is at all fixeable. I'd love any assistance/ideas anyone may have!
