Hello,

When trying to upload pictures into Photoshop on the web, I get the message "Your country does not support this purchase". How do I go about resolving this problem?

Hey, @tiffany_1113. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in and found three profiles, one of which has an active EDU subscription.

There are a few layers to this.

First, check with the Enterprise subscription Admin to understand if you have the required permissions to access: https://adobe.ly/3WEFitJ

If an IT team manages the device, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/3STmkga
