Zoom buttons not responding

Question

Zoom buttons within header of screen are not responding at all, zoom in, %s', fill screen, ect. Also the settings button in main menu does nothing either. In general I have no pan options using touch screen, pinch zoom kinda works in non canvas spaces. I do not have a keyboard for shortcuts because I use photoshop on web on my samsung fold 6 mobile device desktop page mode.

Hi @Doxiemom93, thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Photoshop forums! Let's try a few things to try to resolve this issue:

1. Browser Refresh: Make sure you’re using the latest version of Chrome or Samsung Internet. If one browser isn’t working well, try switching to the other.

2. Device Refresh: Force reboot your Fold 6 by holding the Side key + Volume Down until the screen goes black.
3. Touchscreen Limitations: Some UI elements in Photoshop Web may not respond consistently on mobile devices, even in desktop mode. This includes zoom buttons, pan gestures, and menu interactions.
4. Photoshop for Android: I would recommend downloading the mobile-friendly version of Photoshop, now available for Android devices: https://adobe.ly/43HKYVp
