Zoom to Fit suddenly not working

I am having an issue with the 'zoom to fit screen' facility in Photoshop 26.2.0 using Windows 11.

Zoom tool + Fit Screen works. Double click on hand tool works. Ctrl+0 does not work. This is a new issue.

I have tried resetting the Keyboard shortcuts preferences with View->Fit on Screen, deleting the existing entry (still set as Ctrl+0), pressing Ctrl+0 and I get 'The key pressed cannot be used as a shortcut'.

Must be a bug, no?

Just now updated to PHOTOSHOP 26.3 but Ctrl+0 still not working. I'm still on Windows 11 23H2 by the way

Not seeing it here, ctrl+0 works normally - but I haven't updated to 24H2. I've seen a few issues reprorted with 24H2.

Anyone who has updated to 24H2?
