I wanted to try zoomify

unfortunately something is wrong

at the end of the processing in the web pages

I get a black page and nothing comes out

how to solve it.

    Then its the Browsers I Have tried Chrome and IE that refuse to run the JS file CC 2019 20.0.5 use in the HTML off my local disk where the will run the js if transfeded form a web sever.

    Its more like zoomify is blocked from running in you browser from your local disk. All the required file are written into the output folder and if you upload that foldet to a web server you can view the image in your browser from the web serve its flash I believe.

    the photoshop cc2019 version does not use flash

    use html5.

    Hi, what version of Adobe Photoshop are you using? Also, could you tell us the specifications of your computer?

    I use photoshop cc2019

    on imac with high sierra

    16 gb of ram
