ZXPSignCmd timestamp issue

Hello,

I have an issue when using a timestamp in ZXPSignCmd. The error I get is this:

http://timestamp.digicert.com/ failed with exit code 3221225477

I found out that there was a similar issue recently, and it was solved by the latest version of ZXPSignCmd.

I use Windows and the latest 64-bit ZXPSignCmd executable.

I also tried various other TSA servers, and I didn't manage to sign the extension.

The only way it signs now is just without the 

-tsa

option, which is not suggested by the official Adobe docs.

Everything was working fine before, but now it just doesn't. I don't know what's causing this. Do you have any ideas how to fix this?
