关于intel Arc B580显卡驱动适配问题，B580显卡在LRC中无法被识别，系统信息是显卡已经断开了，同时进行去杂色无法充分调用显卡。我的LrC版本是15.3，显卡驱动是8801
LrC无法正确实识别显卡的存在，且在处理图像的过程中，主要工作的是CPU，在进行去杂色的时候，也是CPU为主要负载，GPU没有负载，在Intel Arc显卡的老驱动中不存在这个问题，但是新驱动存在这个问题，那边已经进行排查发现没有问题，一个是Adobe这边没有进行适配。
