14 does not respond to commands

All of a sudden, 14 has quit responding to commands, Sometimes, after a few minutes of spinning circles, it simply shuts down. If I try to shut it down after waiting for an eternity for nothing to happen, I cannot close it. Even Task Manager cannot close it.

Hope someone can help and thank you.

Which OS are you working on?

Is this issue happening while using Editor or Elements Organizer or both?
