2 instances of Photoshop Elements?

I had the 2020 version of Photoshop and Premiere Elements installed, and just upgraded to the new 2026 version. But now I still have the old and the new version running!

As you can see in the screenshot the auto-creation is also running 2 x.

How can I fix this?

Is it safe to uninstall the 2020 version of both programms?

Turn it off in your preference file of your organizer.

Yes you can unistall 2020. BEFORE YOU DO: LOG OUT OF THE EDITOR. Doing so deauthorizes it, which is a good thing.
