2019 Version in Apple App Store

I have just bought Photoshop Elements 2019 from the Apple App Store (half an hour ago), only to find out that the cirrect version is 2020. How can I get the correct version without paying again?

    We request you to please get in touch with Apple regardig the return/refund policies since the purchase of apps from AppStore is controlled by the Store owners.
