I had elements and my hard drive crashed. I have had a new one installed and signed out and back in and reloaded the app but when I hit editor it takes me back to sign in page and tries to upload again . I unistalled it and tried again and keep getting same run around loop

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
