2021 Printing Problem with Epson R2000

Question

Elements 2021 printing problem: When I print with my Epson R 2000 printer I'm only given the choice of 3 types of paper plain, glossy or matte nor are any of the other advanced features available. However, when I print with my XP-4100 Epson printer all the advanced features are available. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the R2000 printer as well as updating all drivers. I don't know if the problem is with my printer or with Elements.

Try resetting the Editor's preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.(I assume you are printing from the Editor and not the Organizer.)
