Help!

I have downloaded 2025.

Now when I am done editing a photo, and hit X then enter a few times, the photo turns veryu small.  Then large and out of focus.

Any way to fix?

I want to uninstall and use the old program.

Thanks!

Correct answer Greg_S.

Try updating the thumbnail of an out-of-focus photo.  Select it and press Ctrl+Shift+U.

I don't fully understand your problem.  Are you sending a photo from the Organizer to the Editor, saving it (as a jpeg?), and then returning to the Organizer?

What do you mean the photo turns very small?  Are you adjusting the size of the Organizer grid?  Are you using the Details view (Ctrl+D to toggle it)?

When you first view a photo in the Organizer grid, you are only seeing a small thumbnail.  If you then go to Single Image View, the thumbnail may be fuzzy for a second or two until a larger thumbnail is built.

If you want to uninstall Elements 2025, do so.  Your prior version will still work, although if you updated the catalog in Elements 2025, your old catalog will be renamed with a numeric suffix, and you may have to search for it the Catalog Manger.

The picture is full size on the screen.  Then you complete the edit.  Now you close with the X and answer yes.

The picture is 1/8 the size.  Complete to put it in the "grid" and it is full size again and now not focused.

What changes?  How did this happen?

I have been using your software for years.  It has been great!

So, I came no lonher edit because all my pictures are our of focus, if I do.
