24 hour clock in adjust date/Time in Elements Organizer 2021

Hi, I have seen discussions regarding this issue for the 2022 version.

My problem is, that the hour counter stops at 11 and there is no AM/PM option.

Hi, I found this page

It explains how to manually add AM and PM. In my case (WIN 10) they were blank.

The issue must have been caused by a Microsoft update because it has worked before (unchainced MS and Elements version)
