360 panoramic pictures.

Hello. I cant seam to contact Adobe to ask question on a product but does anyone know if Photoshop elements 15 create "360 degree" panoramic photos?  I have a drone which takes the pics but need program to then create and view them. Has anyone done this with elements 15 or even suggest a program to do it.
