4K tools problems: Polygonal Lasso and Magic Wand

Hello, I've noticed problems with some tools in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021. All problems appeared on 4K display come with 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution. "Polygonal Lasso" tool works on central part of screen only. "Magic wand" selection looks improperly. My Windows 10 screen is scaled by 250%. Is any way to fix it?

Thanks for sharing the recordings.

Can you try installing the latest version of Elements - Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 in trial mode for now, and confirm if the issues still exist on your machine with the same settings?
