5930k low cpu usage with SSDs

cpu 5930k, 4x8gb ddr4, gtx 1080ti, 850 evo /c, evo videos reside, 850 evo for exporting.

everything is idle cpu hits around 40-50% all SSDs are at 0-1% peak at 4% only like 3 times. Ram was sitting at between 70-80% solid since it’s only elements it does support gpu acceleration
