7 day trial

the 7 day trial countdown keeps coming up on screen. However my download for pse25 was purchased about 5 days ago and paid in full through Amazon. Would be obliged if you would confirm that your "7 day trial" post is an error and delete it or refund my payment. many thanks

Hi @crabbit_1860,

Please ensure you're logged in with the same Adobe ID that was used to redeem the code.

Visit: https://account.adobe.com

  • Check if PSE 25 appears under the Overview tab.

  • If it does, it's possible that you've either selected the wrong profile or the system has automatically chosen the incorrect one.

To make sure you're using the correct Adobe profile, please follow these steps:


- Disable Auto Profile Selection (if applicable):

- Go to: https://account.adobe.com/security

- Sign in using your Adobe credentials

- Click on Sign-In and Security from the left-hand menu

- Look for the Auto Profile Selection setting and disable it

- Log out, then sign in again in application and manually select the correct profile
