Greetings,

I was trying to install Photoshop Elements 2018 when I got this error:

I restarted many times but still got the error.

Starting to look into it, I see many others also get this error, and have been getting it for several versions. I wish Adobe would put the command line workaround into a FAQ, or (better yet) fix it.

    Just hit the Ignore button and most likely the install will complete.

    That's been an issue for several versions at least.
